Leave a Legacy
"Gifts in wills are very important to the College; they will help us plan a certain future for the College, and allow young people to enjoy and benefit from the Pangbourne experience."Headmaster, mr tHOMAS gARNIER
Our Focus for Pangbourne
We aim to make the Pangbourne experience accessible to as many children and young people as possible. Therefore, unless otherwise specified, any legacy gift, no matter the size, will be put towards a fund which will allow future generations to benefit from an education here at the College.
A Gift That Changes Lives
In 2017, Pangbourne College was fortunate to receive two unexpected legacy gifts: one from an OP, the other from an Honorary OP. Over £300,000 was donated to Pangbourne via these two generous gifts. They enabled us to complete two major capital refurbishment projects in 2018, and now hundreds of current pupils and staff are benefiting from improved teaching facilities on a daily basis. For this, we thank them and their families.
The Sir Philip Devitt Society
Formed in 2018, The Sir Philip Devitt Society (or 'Devitt Society' for short) has been formed to recognise and honour those members of the Pangbourne community who plan to remember the College in their will and indicate this to the College.
The name of the Devitt Society is in recognition of the contribution of the Devitt family, who through their own commitment to the school built a foundation which is now into its second century.
Anyone who signals their intention to make a legacy pledge by clicking on the pledge button above will be invited to join the Sir Philip Devitt Society.
