Pangbourne College is looking to recruit an outstanding Teacher of Economics to work in our highly successful department. You will be an excellent classroom practitioner, bringing passion and enthusiasm to the role. Having the ability to teach proactive and focused lessons for A Level Economics, you will hold a relevant degree and teaching qualification along with the desire and dedication to ensure high standards of pupil progression and attainment. Involvement in the departments other courses (Business at GCSE & A Level and Enterprise and Entrepreneurship BTEC) is also available for a suitably qualified individual.

Housekeeper/Cleaner

We require a Housekeeper to join our well established Domestic Team to work within one of our houses you will be required to provide daily cleaning duties within the House to ensure a safe and clean environment. Cleaning areas will include all public areas, toilets, bathrooms and kitchen.

Lab Technician – 25 hours per week - 35 weeks
Pangbourne College is seeking a Lab Technician to join our Science Department. The successful candidate will be required to support the Physics teaching staff by preparing, setting up and clearing away equipment for lessons, assessments and examinations; the routine checking, maintenance and safe storage of apparatus and materials; and supporting health and safety through adherence to school policies and CLEAPSS guidance.
The ideal candidate will have a good knowledge of Physics along with the ability to multi-task and occasionally be able to deal with requests at short notice. An understanding of the education sector would be beneficial.

Mandarin Speaking Boarding and Teaching Assistant - Fixed Term Contract (15 April 2026 to 04 July 2026)
Pangbourne College is seeking a Boarding and Teaching Assistant to play a vital role in supporting the transition, wellbeing and daily lives of Pangbourne College pupils and Immersion Chinese Pupils, with a particular focus on offering language and cultural support to Mandarin-speaking pupils and their families. This residential position requires them to reside within College accommodation.
The Assistant will work across all boarding houses, providing a reassuring, nurturing and culturally sensitive presence while assisting the Heads of House and Deputy Heads of House with pastoral, administrative and housekeeping duties. The role involves supporting pupils during their academic and personal development across the College's boarding community.

Mini Bus Driver
Monday to Friday - 06.00 am – 08.00 am and 17:00 pm - 19:00 pm

Pangbourne College is looking to recruit a Mini Bus Driver to transport our students to and from the College on a daily basis in our Minibus. Ideally based near to the College, you must have a clean driving licence. You will also be required to take a short minibus driver test arranged by the College.
