Life at the College is chock-a-block with exciting opportunities for your professional development too. We have a fantastic track record of enabling staff to gain promotions either within our team or at other institutions, with some of these being headships!
The working culture is one which values and fosters deep connections between team members. Staff are endlessly supportive of one another, and often socialise together at the end of the work day either in our sports facilities, the pool or with a drink in the Wardroom (staff dining room).
