A career at Pangbourne is busy and rewarding in a dynamic community where every single person plays an integral role in preparing the next generation for the future.
Whether you join us as a teacher, member of support staff, sports coach or one of the other many vital roles which makes Pangbourne function, you will help pupils to thrive within the community and get the most out of their educational experience.
Life at the College is chock-a-block with exciting opportunities for your professional development too. We have a fantastic track record of enabling staff to gain promotions either within our team or at other institutions, with some of these being headships!
The working culture is one which values and fosters deep connections between team members. Staff are endlessly supportive of one another, and often socialise together at the end of the work day either in our sports facilities, the pool or with a drink in the Wardroom (staff dining room).
