Sixth Form Support Officer - Term Time only


Pangbourne College is seeking an enthusiastic and well-organised Sixth Form Support Officer to provide academic, pastoral and behavioural support to pupils in Years 12 and 13. This important role will focus on helping our Sixth Form students fulfil their potential, develop independence and prepare confidently for life beyond Pangbourne.

Working closely with the Head of Sixth Form, you will support pupils in monitoring their academic progress and promoting effective study habits. You will also provide support in helping students manage the pressures of Sixth Form life and balance their academic and personal commitments. A key part of the role will also involve supporting positive behaviour, setting clear expectations and helping pupils to take responsibility for their actions in a mature and constructive manner.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about inspiring young people and committed to raising aspirations. You will be highly organised, empathetic and approachable, with strong communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with pupils, parents and staff.

Purchase Ledger Administrator

37.5 hours per week- all year - Office based

Pangbourne College is seeking a Purchase Ledger Administrator to join our Finance Team.  This is a key role within our Finance Team, assisting the Director of Finance in ensuring the smooth running of the purchase ledger and ensuring all costs of the College are processed in a timely manner.

Experience of ledger work and being a confident user of spreadsheets (ideally Google Sheets) will be preferable. Ability to reconcile supplier statements and resolve any differences or queries are essential.
