Careers Lead - Part time


Pangbourne College is seeking an experienced and inspiring Careers Lead to lead the delivery of a high quality careers guidance programme. You will be working closely with pupils from Year 7 through to Year 13, with a particular focus on supporting Year 12 and Year 13 pupils in preparing for life beyond Pangbourne.

As a Careers Lead,  you will play a key role in raising aspirations and helping pupils make informed decisions about their future. You will provide one-to-one guidance, lead group workshops and support pupils with applications to universities, apprenticeships and employment. Working with the Head of Careers and Head of Sixth Form you will ensure that every pupil has access to the information, advice and guidance they need to thrive.

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about preparing pupils for their next steps and committed to supporting the aspirations of the next generation of Pangbournians.
